The humble will hear it and rejoice. Ps. 34:1 & 2
My Dear Friends,
We awakend in Antigua this morning, the Pastors Conference ended yesterday. The President of the Seminary shared with me that the pastors spoke very favorably of the Breakout Sessions that I led. They were challenged to go home and put some changes in place within their churches to
minister to good marriages. The focus of what the Lord gave me to share was, in the U.S.A. as well as Guatemala, there has been a breakdown in the home. Marriages are falling by the wayside and rather than lay blame on either party, lets rise up and rebuild. I believe we have left our First Love, the Lord! We are not raising up godly offspring. Fathers are not filling the roll that God called them to and then wives are not respecting them and children are not being taught to honor their fathers and mothers. So they will go back to their families and begin with their own personal walks with Christ. Making them the priority relationship in the home. Living that surrendered godly life before their wives and children and then their congregations. Daily meeting with the Lord, growing and growing and growing more intimately with Him. Then they will have a wife that respects and adores them, then they will have children that show honor and respect. And a congregation that will say, our Pastor loves the Lord, he is a strong man of faith.
And then an ongoing ministry to the good and great marriages will take place. Focusing on strengthening them and not just putting out fires. Over a period of time a shift will take place, God will honor these efforts as He is put back in the center of the homes and the churches. And fewer and fewer marriages will fail. There will be those who reject the Truth but these pastors are going to hear well-done as they purpose to correct the way families have been neglected.
I am very excited to one day see in Heaven the fruit that He has born from His ministry this week. Love you all, Cindy
